Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Frisco, TX is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, provide exceptional customer experiences, and drive store growth. You will lead frontline teams, model selling behaviors, and apply our values while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The role requires proven supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in fast-paced retail.
• Experience supervising teams in a retail environment preferred.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to foster selling culture.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to address customer experience, vendor relationships, and maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Execute opening/closing routines, cash handling, and shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Maintain selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
