Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing top talent and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead store operations, coaching associates, and driving results while upholding brand standards.

A strong emphasis on customer engagement and teamwork is required. You will be responsible for opening/closing routines, executing directives, and creating a positive environment that reflects our values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receiving shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team with the start of each shift.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety standards and store cleanliness are maintained.
