Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first retail mindset.
• Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in real time.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and execution.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receiving shipments, and interpreting directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting; climb ladders; lift 10-50 lbs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
