Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisory leader to partner with the Store Manager, develop associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead talent initiatives, drive sales performance, and implement effective operational plans across daily activities.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a customer-first selling culture while managing peak shifts and ensuring store standards and safety are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure operational execution.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift for staff arrival and activities.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
