Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
Support action plans with the Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
Perform opening/closing routines, including bank deposits and shipments.
Set direction and goals for the day/shift for associates.
Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
Demonstrate selling behaviors and build product knowledge in-store.
