Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and positively impact growth across the store.

You will lead, coach, and motivate the team, manage opening and closing routines, and set daily goals while upholding our values, brand standards, and safety policies. Strong communication and in-the-m moment coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift.
