Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisors to work with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be part of the frontline leadership, driving growth through engaged teams and consistent execution of daily operations.

The role requires supervising and coaching teams, maintaining safety and visual standards, and ensuring strong sales and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability; provide in-the-moment coaching.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operating activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward and motivate associates.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting; lift 10-50 pounds.
