Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed goals.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and people development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence across levels.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic retail setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment encouraging creativity and learning.
