• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to oversee customer experience, vendor relationships, or store operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and implementing directives.
• Set daily goals for the team and provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
