Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across the store.

As a store leader, you will lead talent, coach teams, and model selling behaviors rooted in our values, while coordinating with the Sales Leadership Team and maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to coach staff in the moment.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and drive results.
• Open/close routines including bank deposits and shipments; interpret directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling skills and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Protect store standards and safety compliance.
