Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipts, and disseminating directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers and lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability across the team.
