Job summary

The North Face in Commerce, CA is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand standards. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure inventory integrity while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of retail or leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable with fast-paced retail environment and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement and support store leadership.
• Help maximize store profitability and achieve sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations, inventory processing, and timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely replenishment.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
