The North Face in Walnut Creek is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store's leadership team, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help maximize profitability, maintain store standards, and foster an inclusive team culture.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement daily.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and drive store performance.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand-aligned replenishment.
