Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help oversee store and donation center operations, motivate the team, and ensure customer satisfaction and production standards are met to achieve revenue goals.

You will manage daily tasks, coach staff, operate the POS, ensure proper merchandise flow, and uphold safety, loss prevention, and policy adherence while delivering a welcoming shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule and flexible hours; a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Project and Change Management: Plan and manage own work; adapt to change.
• Problem Solving: Follow detailed instructions for non-routine tasks.
• Technical Skill: Basic knowledge of customer service procedures and methods.
• Community Engagement: Act as Goodwill ambassador and participate in volunteer opportunities.
• Maximize the value of donated goods and maintain store standards.
