Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor at the Burlington Mall to support the store's leadership team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, drive stores standards, and help maximize profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence across levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
