Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising and store standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation; manage stockroom and inventory flow.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
