Job summary

PUMA Store in Colorado, Sugarloaf is seeking a motivated retail associate to deliver superior customer service and drive sales. The role requires adaptability to evening/weekend shifts and openness to a bonus structure.

You will help manage merchandise, assist in payroll control, and uphold safety and brand standards while offering a great shopping experience. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service-oriented retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Computer skills including MS Office and retail software

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store according to brand values and service standards
• Aim for sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and service
• Manage payroll control to maintain profitability while servicing customers
• Communicate and act on merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Manager
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and maintain stock
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
