Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-focused retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Ability to exceed sales goals and present information effectively to groups.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store per brand values and service standards.
• Help the Store team achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability through planning and scheduling.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development of store staff.
• Contribute to payroll control and staff scheduling to maximize profitability.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; oversee counts and stock movements.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and comply with policies/procedures.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
