Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a full-time position in the Denver area. You will ensure excellent customer experiences, drive sales, and support store leadership with staffing and operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in a retail setting, strong teamwork, and ability to learn quickly. Expect flexible hours, payroll duties, and merchandise handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player; able to learn quickly.
• Computer skills including MS Office and retail software.
• Able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand/walk constantly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store per PUMA's brand values and service standards.
• Help ensure the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expenses, sales and service.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of high-performing staff.
• Handle payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
• Manage merchandise opportunities and communicate them to Store leadership.
• Work to achieve inventory and shrink goals; participate in counts.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Possess flexibility for non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.
