Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a customer-focused Store Associate in Colorado. You will deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and support store leadership in hiring, training and performance. You will help manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory while maintaining a safe environment and following brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and ability to work varied hours. Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store according to Brand Values and service standards.
• Help store achieve sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, scheduling and expense control.
• Assist Store leadership with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability and service levels.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership and optimize inventory and shrink goals.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and maintain stock accuracy.
• Follow all policies, procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working environment.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
