Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Store Associate in Denver to uphold our performance-driven brand values. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and use retail software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service retail environment (apparel/footwear)
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups
• Strong team player and excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and use MS Office and retail software
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service
• Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of high performing employees
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while serving customers
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership
• Achieve inventory and shrink goals; manage physical counts
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and core competencies
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
