Job summary

PUMA store in the United States (Maryland) is seeking a Store Associate to provide top-tier customer service and support operations. You will help drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth merchandise flow.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and teamwork. You will use MS Office and retail software, stand for long periods, and may work evenings and weekends. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 hourly plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
