Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service. You will support store leadership, assist with recruiting and training, and help manage payroll and scheduling while ensuring inventory accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to reason through complex issues and present to groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Assist recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Support payroll control and service-driven scheduling.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership.
• Aim for inventory and shrink goals; manage counts.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant shopping environment.
