Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-focused retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to large groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly; comfortable with MS Office and retail software.
• Able to walk/move constantly; lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Help the Store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of employees.
• Manage payroll control and schedule optimization for profitability and service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/ASm.
• Support inventory and shrink control; oversee counts.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Follow all policies, procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.
