Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. This role requires leadership in sales, operations, and store standards, with an emphasis on coaching and developing the team.

You will lead a customer-focused selling culture, model exemplary service, and ensure safety and policy adherence while maintaining store appearance and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in a customer-first environment.

Responsibilities
