Responsibilities

• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals while monitoring KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product flow.
• Protect inventory through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
