Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail.
• Strong customer-first mindset with ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to execute action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and stock receipt.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Build genuine connections with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, store standards and policy adherence.
