Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a supervisory retail role preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and support Store Manager with operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement action plans and improve results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including deposits and shipments.
• Set daily shift direction and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
