Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to achieve engagement and productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through shipping/receiving and loss prevention.
