Pure Hockey is seeking an Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales. You will supervise staff, assist with merchandising, and partner with management to meet targets while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in a fast-paced retail environment and proficiency with store systems and handheld devices. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience using computer systems and handheld devices.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, engage with merchandise, and provide outstanding service.
• Handle cashier duties, including cash, checks, and card transactions per policy.
• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service tasks.
• Partner with management to communicate key metrics, sales targets, and expectations.
• Train and develop staff to ensure skillful performance.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain sales floor, restock shelves, update prices, and manage inventory as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
