Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and evaluating staff, coordinating with the Sales Leadership Team, and ensuring opening/closing routines and store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to work peak times, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Partner with Store Manager to address customer experience and operations.
• Lead with the Sales Leadership Team to execute action plans.
• Perform opening and closing routines and banking tasks.
• Set daily direction and provide performance feedback.
