Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Columbia, SC is hiring a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store growth. You will lead a seasonally flexible team, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while upholding company values.

You’ll participate in opening/closing routines, training, and daily goal setting, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of our brand and products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to coach associates in real time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store operations.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Execute opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and communicate directives.
• Set daily goals for the team and provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling and product knowledge with customers.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
