Nike Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor at our Nike Store in Las Vegas. You will guide a team to deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading by example, managing daily operations, and ensuring customers feel valued throughout their shopping experience. This role requires 18+ years old, 1 year retail experience, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (US).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
• Show up for your teammates by attending store events.
