Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising alignment.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and loss-prevention practices.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store culture that encourages collaboration and learning.
