Job summary

The North Face is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Oak Brook, IL to lead a high-performing store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, optimize store operations, and foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach associates, model selling behaviors, and ensure product flow, inventory integrity, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; proven achievements matter more.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
Coach and develop associates to achieve productivity and customer service standards.
Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
