You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, and community engagement.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
Foundation skills include driving results, coaching diverse teams, and effective communication across levels.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, and community engagement.
In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage expenses, shrink, and visual merchandising to brand directives.
