Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through excellent customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
In the Store Manager's absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Manage expenses, shrink, and drive profitability with Store Manager.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Promote a respectful, inclusive environment and diverse perspectives.
Support inventory management through accurate shipping, receiving, and stockroom practices.
