Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach associates, drive sales, and ensure merchandising and store standards are maintained to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for customer service. This role offers an hourly pay range with additional incentive potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and achieve sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive a high-quality customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence.
• Maximize store profitability and maintain store standards and merchandising.
• Prepare and monitor staffing, opening/closing procedures, and stockroom tasks.
• Support inventory integrity, loss prevention, and community engagement.
