Job summary

PUMA, Pooler, United States, is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our location. You will help manage daily store operations, support inventory tasks, and contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly. Expect non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings; lifting up to 30 pounds is part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a customer service retail environment.
• Ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Computer skills and basic MS Office/retail software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Manage payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while providing service to customers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
