Job summary

PUMA Store in Pooler, GA is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service and support sales goals while maintaining store standards. You’ll assist customers, process merchandise, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Base pay is $18.00–$21.00 hourly, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store systems and software.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while providing high levels of service to customers.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensure accurate stock movement.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
