Fanatics Commerce seeks a Retail Supervisor for the Pelicans Team Store in New Orleans, LA. You will lead a part-time front-line team, coach staff, and manage daily operations and game-day execution to deliver an exceptional fan experience.

As a strong communicator with leadership experience, you will drive sales, uphold store standards, and use data-informed practices to optimize performance during events and busy game days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working in retail or sales, with prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in retail operation systems including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships and lead a part-time team with confidence.
• Ability to anticipate problems, act decisively under pressure, and maintain standards during high-volume events.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and handle physical demands; comfortable working outdoors for venue-based shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-line retail team across daily operations, coaching, and game-day execution.
• Manage Manager on Duty responsibilities and ensure fan experience remains top-notch.
• Collaborate with store Leadership on targets, per cap, and UPT based on operational data.
• Train and support Retail Associates and Retail Leads to uphold Fanatics values.
