Job summary

PUMA Oklahoma City is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and staff development while ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies. This full-time role requires weekend/evening shifts and offers a base pay of $21.00–$24.00 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service retail (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and handle KPI targets.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience.
• Drive store sales, KPIs, and profitability through planning and service.
• Assist Store management with recruitment, training, and development.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling for a profitable location.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink control.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with policies and safety standards.
• Support a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
• Work non-traditional hours when required.
