Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Store Associate in Oklahoma to deliver high standards of customer experience in line with our brand values. You will help the store achieve sales and KPI targets through effective planning, service, and teamwork, while assisting with recruiting and training of staff when needed.

Responsibilities include payroll and scheduling to maintain profitability, inventory control, and ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Weekend/evening work and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate clearly to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to retail software and MS Office.
• Computer skills and basic knowledge of retail software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store according to brand values and service standards.
• Help store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, service and scheduling.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
• Handle merchandise flow, inventory, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
