Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Oklahoma store. You will drive sales, meet KPIs, manage in-store merchandising, and support leadership with scheduling and training to build a high-performing team.

You will handle inventory, assist with payroll and scheduling, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment. The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to learn quickly and use basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Brand Values and service standards.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of employees.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability.
• Drive inventory and shrink control and communicate merchandising opportunities.
• Work non-traditional hours: weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
