Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Varied schedule with at least two closing shifts weekly and every other weekend.
• Must have a working phone for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of store and donation center operations.
• Motivate team to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Oversee cashiering, POS coverage, and customer flow.
• Maintain store and donation center production standards.
• Assist with hiring: phone screens and training as needed.
• Ensure safety and adherence to loss prevention policies.
