Perry Ellis International in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales management. The role focuses on driving sales, training staff, and maintaining brand standards.

You will help ensure replenishment, execute promotions, train associates, and uphold visual standards while delivering top-tier customer service to shoppers across our brand portfolio.

Formación

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager in operations and sales management.
• Ensure store replenishment and promotional changes are executed to company directives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team and provide training as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards to reflect brand guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and respond to customer needs.
• Analyze reports and inventory trends to inform actions.
