Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, training sales associates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role helps replenish stock, execute promotions, and maintain store presentation.

You will lead by example, manage loss prevention cues, and collaborate with the district team to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• Energetic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for customers, prioritizing service and satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager to meet sales goals and training of sales associates.
• Ensure replenishment, promotions, and visual standards align with company directives.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and proper loss prevention reporting.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management to drive results.
