Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and supervise staff across shifts. The role focuses on delivering excellent donor and customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, handling opening/closing duties as key holder, and collaborating with management on performance and policy adherence. A strong retail background is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Associates degree or related coursework preferred.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual a plus.
• Must be forklift certified and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during shifts to meet standards.
• Open/close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members.
• Greet donors/customers and maintain customer service standards.
• Ensure SOPs and safety policies are followed.
• Transfer to other Goodwill stores as needed.
