• All POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Inventory control including shipping/receiving, pricing changes and markdowns.
• Merchandising and visual presentation to company standards.
• Payroll controls including scheduling and time & attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports and adherence to policies.
• Loss prevention to protect company assets.
• Work towards understanding day-to-day operations.
