Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain display standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, stocked floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and report discrepancies.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
